Do you have the necessary insurance?
Legally, for us to conduct business we are required to have the necessary insurances. You may request to see our insurance certificates at anytime.
What type of warranty do you offer?
In order to demonstrate our confidence in our work and materials, our team offer a 10-year warranty on all roof restorations and roof replacements. They also give a warranty on some repairs based on the materials and type of works performed.
Water is coming through the roof while it’s raining, will you be able to assist?
As much as we want to help you, working under wet and stormy conditions simply isn’t safe or effective. In fact, these are the type of circumstances where only more damage will be done. The best solution is to contact your local emergency services if you feel the situation is too dangerous. And after the storm has settled, we’ll be happy to come around and assess the damage and recommend a solid solution.
Are there clear signs that my roof needs restoration?
Unfortunately, the integrity of the roof can’t be spotted from the ground, and a deeper inspection is really the best way to go. So, simply make use of a free roof inspection and get a professional quote for your unique situation. It doesn’t matter whether you want to reinforce an old roof to make it watertight, or if you want to give it more visual appeal, just get a quote from a professional and see what they have to say.
When is a roof replacement necessary?
Just like with roof restorations, it makes logical sense to have a professional inspect the roof and give you some solid advice about whether to repair or replace the roof. And you are never under any obligation to take this advice.
What is the expected time-frame for the work?
In terms of roof replacements, you are looking at an average of 1 week if there are no complications. Repairs shouldn’t really take more than 1 or 2 days, depending on what needs to be repaired. For roof restorations it can take from one day to one week depending on the size of your roof and the weather conditions.
What are the costs involved?
Given that every home is different and the roofs will present different challenges, the only way to answer this would be to call a professional for a free quote. Only after inspecting your specific situation can they provide an accurate estimate of what everything will cost.
